Some rendezvous just don’t turn out as you want them to. But they do exist: these perfect dates! Just recently I have experienced one of those perfect get-togethers.
I have been single for almost two years now. A few months back, I started trying my luck on various dating apps. But I just could not find the right one.
That alone would not have been a big deal, if at least the dates themselves would have been nice. Honestly, I felt like quitting some dates just a few minutes in. From the self-centered egomaniac to the shy introvert, I met them all.
Eventually, I threw the towel. I uninstalled my dating apps and said farewell to disappointing dates. Until a friend called my attention to the single community Taleja. I decided to give this website a shot and started looking for dates in Hamburg.
After being registered for only a few days, I already scored a perfect hit.
A rendezvous with sunshine and sea breeze
Mark, 30 years old, opened a chat with me on a Friday night. After we’ve chatted for a while – in writing – and found each other very nice, he suggested that we meet the next day. For a date by the sea. Wow, that was fast. But why wait when a striking man invites you to a date on the beach?
And that’s how it came to be. On Saturday morning, he picked me up in front of my apartment door with his beautiful convertible. From Hamburg, we drove to the Baltic Sea. Already the trip to our destination was a lot of fun. He had opened the roof of his car and chose a quieter route via country roads. Even now the drive to the sea was a wonderful experience. We laughed a lot, enjoyed the sun on our skin and we were both looking forward to our day on the beach.
Our bodies touched while splashing around
Once at the beach, the first thing we did was to secure the most beautiful spots right by the waterline. The next step happened in no time! We got changed, kicked off our shoes and jumped into the sea. We both enjoyed the cool water and fooled around like kids. He was having fun splashing me with water until I tripped him underwater and dunked him headfirst into the sea.
It was amazing. We laughed so much, and it felt like we had known each other for years. While we were fooling around in the water, our eyes suddenly met. He gently touched my hips and we kissed.
He smelled of sunscreen and tasted of saltwater – these are the best kisses. They remind me of holidays and freedom. The perfect mix. Especially for a date. It was magical!
A drink to celebrate our first date
The day flew by. Tired and happy, we packed our things and headed to a cocktail bar by the beach. We enjoyed the sunset while lounging on comfortable beach chairs and sipping Caipirinhas. He took my hand and – finally after so long – I fell in love again.
While saying farewell, it was obvious that we both wanted to meet again in a few days. Next time I’ll take him to my favorite sushi bar. I am already looking forward to it!
